Through our partner organisations, we offer a monitoring service that can assess any alarm activation and then contact either your own key holders, a professional key holding service, the police or fire brigade.

In the event of your alarm activating, it’s important that we hold the correct information of who to contact. This is particularly important if we are providing you with a monitoring service.
